What Morrowell is

Morrowell is a planning tool for adults who drink. It uses your weight, sex, the drinks you log and your planned bedtime to estimate how much more you could have tonight and when the next drink would have to be your last.

Estimates only

• The numbers come from a general model. They are estimates and can be wrong for you.
• Morrowell does not measure your blood alcohol. It has no sensor and no test behind it.
• Morrowell is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or replace advice from a doctor or other health professional.
• How your body handles alcohol varies with food, health, medication, tiredness and much else that the app does not know about.

Never for driving

Never use Morrowell to decide whether you are fit to drive, cycle, operate machinery or do anything else where alcohol could put you or others at risk. It is not built for that, and its estimates are not a safe limit for any purpose.

What sleep-clean means

"Sleep-clean" is a planning target the app estimates, not a promise about your sleep. Alcohol can affect sleep in ways that no estimate can predict, and Morrowell does not guarantee better sleep or any other result.

Who can use it

Morrowell is for adults who are of legal drinking age where they live. If you are not, please do not use it.

Free to use

The app is free. How it handles your data is described in the privacy policy.

Provided as is

Morrowell is provided as is and as available, without promises that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. You use it at your own judgement and risk.

Liability

To the extent Dutch and EU law allow, HonestDev is not liable for loss or harm that results from using Morrowell or relying on its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Continuing to use Morrowell after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

Dutch law governs these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
